NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN for a Special Meeting of the Township Committee of theTownship ofMantua is hereby scheduled for 4:00 p.m. Friday, May 11, 2012 in theMantuaTownshipMunicipalBuilding,401 Main Street,Mantua,New Jersey08051.

The purpose of this meeting is to enter into a Closed Session Meeting to discuss personnel as it pertains to the Mantua Township Police Department.

Action is not anticipated.

The meeting is open to the public except for the Closed Session Meeting portion.
